Payment Policy

Effective Date: July 29, 2026

This Payment Policy outlines the payment terms and conditions applicable to purchases made through Viet Global Source ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

• Bank Wire Transfer

• Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) (for eligible orders)

• Other payment methods as mutually agreed in writing

The available payment method will be confirmed in the quotation, Proforma Invoice (PI), or Sales Contract.

2. Currency

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all quotations, invoices, and payments are made in United States Dollars (USD).

Other currencies may be accepted upon mutual agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on the order value, product type, and agreement between the buyer and Viet Global Source.

Typical payment terms may include:

• 100% payment in advance

• 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment

• Payment under an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C)

The applicable payment terms will be clearly stated in the Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, or Sales Contract.

4. Order Confirmation

Production or shipment may not begin until the required payment has been received and verified, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Bank Charges

Each party is responsible for the bank fees charged by its own financial institution.

Any intermediary or correspondent bank charges may be deducted from the transferred amount. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that Viet Global Source receives the full invoice amount.

6. Taxes and Duties

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable quotation or sales agreement, prices do not include:

• Import duties

• Customs clearance fees

• Value Added Tax (VAT)

• Goods and Services Tax (GST)

• Local taxes

• Other government-imposed charges

These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Late or Outstanding Payments

If payment is not received by the agreed due date, Viet Global Source reserves the right to:

• Suspend production.

• Delay shipment.

• Cancel the order.

• Withhold shipping documents until payment has been received.

• Pursue any legal remedies available under applicable law.

8. Payment Verification

To prevent fraud and comply with applicable regulations, we may request additional information to verify payment before processing an order.

9. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible, within the applicable processing period.

10. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice unless otherwise stated in a signed quotation or sales contract.

Quotations are valid only for the period specified in the quotation document.
