Return and Refund Policy

At Viet Global Source, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered, except in cases where the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged due to manufacturing defects.

Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product ordered by the customer

• Customer no longer requires the product

• Minor variations in color, packaging, or appearance that do not affect product quality

• Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use after delivery

2. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 7 calendar days after receiving the shipment.

To request a refund or replacement, please provide:

• Order number

• Photos or videos clearly showing the defect

• A detailed description of the issue

We reserve the right to inspect the evidence and determine whether the product qualifies as defective.

3. Processing Time

Once a valid return or refund request has been received and approved, the processing time is:

• Minimum: 7 calendar days

• Maximum: 30 calendar days

Requests are processed Monday through Sunday, including weekends.

4. Return Shipping Fee

For approved returns involving defective products, a fixed return shipping fee of USD 100 will apply.

This fee may be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately, depending on the specific circumstances of the return.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not possible, an alternative refund method will be arranged by mutual agreement.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other related fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Right to Refuse

Viet Global Source reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that:

• Does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

• Is submitted after the eligible reporting period.

• Does not provide sufficient evidence of a manufacturing defect.

• Shows signs of misuse, improper storage, modification, or unauthorized repair.
