• Products have passed quality inspection.

• Production is completed for made-to-order items.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer shipping by:

• Sea Freight (FCL/LCL)

• Air Freight

• Express Courier (for samples or small shipments)

The shipping method will be agreed upon between the buyer and Viet Global Source before shipment.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on:

• Destination country

• Shipping method

• Customs clearance

• Carrier schedules

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Other unforeseen circumstances

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are determined based on:

• Shipment weight and volume

• Shipping method

• Incoterms agreed between both parties

• Carrier rates at the time of shipment

The final shipping cost will be confirmed in the quotation or commercial invoice.

6. Customs Duties and Taxes

Import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, GST, local taxes, and other government charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in the applicable sales agreement or the agreed Incoterms.

Customers are responsible for complying with the import regulations of their destination country.

7. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers according to the agreed Incoterms specified in the sales contract, quotation, or commercial invoice.

8. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs inspections or clearance procedures

• Shipping carrier delays

• Port congestion

• Natural disasters

• Political events

• Force majeure

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

9. Shipping Documentation

Depending on the order and destination, shipment documents may include:

• Commercial Invoice

• Packing List

• Bill of Lading or Air Waybill

• Certificate of Origin (if applicable)

• Phytosanitary Certificate (if applicable)

• Fumigation Certificate (if applicable)

• Other export documents as required

10. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt.

If the shipment is damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with, customers should:

• Notify the shipping carrier immediately.

• Record the damage with photographs.

• Contact Viet Global Source within 7 calendar days of delivery.

11. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Viet Global Source is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
